About

Leffe Goldstein is a graphic artist based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, where he has lived and worked for over 25 years. His work is characterized by a fascination with utilities, transportation, and abandoned places that were once vibrant and cherished by their inhabitants and builders. Goldstein's drawings are grounded in real, existing locations, using initial sketches as an under-layer upon which he meticulously adds endless details to animate surreal elements, often referred to as 'demons.'
