About

Kaveh Hosseini is an Iranian photographer and contemporary surrealist artist based in Modautal, Germany, where he lives on a farm. Self-taught in his artistic practice, he has been studying communication design with a focus on photography at Darmstadt since 2015. His surreal photo compositions feature mysterious elements like black holes in the ground, headless men, ladders piercing the sky, giant hands, and hammers, exploring themes of bondage, boredom, disappointment, solitude, and imaginative refuge.
