About

Kate Gorman is a conceptual artist, writer, and performer based in Washington, DC, working with audio/video recordings, printmaking, books, and fabric.[2] Her background in theatrical performance, filmmaking, playwriting, and quilting has equipped her with tools to interpret and process space across temporal, sensorial, and emotional dimensions.[1] She blends geometric symbols, performance, and text to translate her experiences into visual, tactile, and auditory zones for people to engage with mentally or bodily.[1]
