About

Jason Limon is a contemporary surrealist artist born in San Antonio, Texas in 1973, where he continues to reside with his wife and two daughters. He began showing artistic talent at a young age, doodling characters inspired by his neighborhood, and studied fine arts and graphic design at San Antonio College's Visual Arts & Technology Center. Entering commercial graphic design in 1995, he spent twelve years creating award-winning logos and designs before transitioning to full-time painting and illustration in early 2007 following a job layoff, allowing him to pursue his passion for hand-crafted artwork featuring skeletons, historical elements, and surreal narratives exploring life, death, and the subconscious.
