Isabel Peppard is a highly skilled multidisciplinary artist based in Melbourne, Australia, working across film, sculpture, and stop-motion animation. Her multi-award-winning works have screened at prestigious festivals such as Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF), Sitges, Annecy, and institutions including GOMA (Queensland), MOMA (Rio de Janeiro), ACMI (Melbourne), and the National Film and Sound Archive. Notable projects include the short film Butterflies, starring Rachel Griffiths, which won the Dendy Award at the Sydney Film Festival and aired on SBS Television, and the hybrid feature documentary MORGANA, co-directed with Josie Hess, premiering at MIFF 2019 with a national cinema release in 2020.[1][2][5][6]
