Gunyoung Kim

About

Gunyoung Kim is a ceramic sculptor born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. She earned her BFA in Ceramics from Kook-Min University (2010) and her MFA in Ceramic Art from The Ohio State University (2014).

Kim creates "mischievous and magical beings, embracing both the glittering and dark of her mind." She states: "I am interested in looking at a side of humanity that is subtle and spiritual."
