About

Charles Wilkin is a contemporary collage artist born in 1969 in Buffalo, New York. He began experimenting with collage while studying at the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, Ohio, and relocated to New York City in June 2001. His work investigates the struggle between cause and effect, derived from headlines, sound bites, and conversations, transposing media fragments into surreal analogies that challenge assumptions and mirror human behavior through filtered reflections of a frenetic world.[3][4][5]
