About

Brandi Milne is a self-taught American painter and illustrator known for her whimsical, surreal artwork that blends innocence with deeper emotions of love, loss, pain, and heartbreak beneath a candy-coated surface. Born and raised in Anaheim, California, in the late 1970s or early 1980s, she was influenced by classic cartoons, toys, candies, vintage Halloween decorations, nostalgic child playthings, and a religious upbringing. Her career spans over two decades, during which she has exhibited in galleries across the US and internationally, published two books with Baby Tattoo Books—'So Good For Little Bunnies' (2008) and 'Fröhlich' (2012 or 2014)—and collaborated with brands like Disney, Hurley, Billabong, CVS, 686 apparel, 3D Retro, Wizards of the Coast, Sugarpill Cosmetics, Acme Film Works, and the band TOOL.
